Your Mission

Join HOERBIGER UK & IEP as a Business Administrator and become a key player in managing our business support functions. From facilities management to sales and service support, your role will ensure efficient daily operations within a dynamic environment. How you will make a difference

  • Sales & Service Support: Enter and process sales orders, release dispatches, and coordinate closely with Safety Engineers and the Service Manager for seamless customer support.
  • Financial Assistance: Send customer invoices, manage credit control, approve supplier payments, and check expenses to support financial accuracy and timeliness.
  • Welcome and Assist: Be the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and contractors, providing a professional and friendly experience.
  • Manage Facilities & Vendor Services: Coordinate building maintenance, equipment servicing, and cleaning contractors to maintain a productive workspace.
  • Support Office Operations: Handle general administrative duties including answering calls, booking travel, purchasing supplies, and maintaining organized records.
  • Oversee Business Administration: Prepare payroll timesheets, manage vehicle leasing, coordinate contracts, and schedule training sessions, ensuring smooth business operations.

What you should be good at

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, effective communicator who can interact professionally with visitors, team members, and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for efficient task management and reporting.
  • Numerate and Literate: Strong literacy and numeracy skills to manage documents, invoices, and contracts accurately.
  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Approachable, courteous, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
