Your Mission

Based in Nottingham, as a fluent German and English speaking Sales Administrator at Newson Gale Ltd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of the sales process across our teams in Nottingham and Germany. You will assist in the order processing, contract reviews, logistics coordination, and quotation preparation to ensure that all sales activities are executed with precision and efficiency. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

How you will make a difference

  • Efficient Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate order entries using both the Defacto and SAP systems, in compliance with established sales procedures and quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy: Conduct thorough contract reviews, following the sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to verify all order details align with company and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate Logistics Effectively: Work closely with logistics teams in Nottingham and Brilon to provide customers with accurate shipping dates and updates on order status, maintaining clear communication.
  • Support the Sales Team: Assist the Sales Administration Manager in preparing quotations, ensuring they reflect customer needs and are aligned with pricing structures and company guidelines.
  • Communication & Detail Orientation: Maintain open communication across departments and ensure that all order and contract information is conveyed accurately and on time.

What you should be good at

  • Fluency in German: Essential for effective communication and collaboration with our German sales team.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage high levels of accuracy in order processing, contract reviews, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and customers.
  • Time Management: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • System Proficiency: Experience working with ERP and CRM systems is a plus, though not essential.
