Your Mission

At HOERBIGER Service Inc., we are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Commercial Driver to join our team in Casper, WY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring timely, secure, and efficient transportation of goods, supporting our production and service operations while upholding our commitment to excellence.

How you will make a difference

  • Safely transport packages and materials between locations while adhering to schedules and delivery commitments.
  • Plan and adjust routes effectively by considering traffic conditions, weather, and construction to optimize delivery efficiency.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients and team members.
  • Ensure vehicle readiness by performing routine fueling, inspections, and arranging necessary maintenance.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, repairs, and compliance documents to meet regulatory and safety standards.

What you should be good at

  • Driving Experience: At least 3 years of verifiable experience operating Class A or B commercial vehicles (preferred).
  • Vehicle Handling: Experience driving pickup trucks, trailers, and cargo trucks.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ability to pass DOT physicals, background checks, drug screening, and a written/road test.
  • Navigation & Technology: Familiarity with tablet applications, GPS navigation, and route planning tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, customers, and team members.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb in and out of trucks multiple times per day using three points of contact.
  • Capability to sit for extended periods, walk short distances, bend, squat, and inspect vehicle components as needed.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions for short periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Education & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Must meet all Federal and State DOT regulations for commercial driving.

Work Schedule & Travel:

  • Full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends as needed.
  • Travel required 70%+, including overnight trips.
