How you will make a difference

Field Service Internship:
As a Field Service Intern, you'll work closely with experienced technicians to support the smooth operation of reciprocating compressors and gas engines. Under expert supervision, you’ll assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and overhauls while learning to adhere to rigorous safety and environmental standards. You’ll also gain experience using SAP and CRM for documentation, collaborating with Sales Managers, and gradually developing the skills needed to resolve issues efficiently and contribute to business growth.

Operations Internship:
In the Operations Internship, you’ll assist seasoned engineers in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of reciprocating compressors and rotating equipment. You’ll gain hands-on experience by supporting mechanical service tasks, precision assembly, and component inspections. Under guidance, you’ll learn to operate heavy machinery safely, interpret engineering drawings, and document key measurements. This role is designed to build your expertise in high-quality manufacturing and repairs while contributing to overall operational excellence.

Customer Service Internship:
As a Customer Service Intern, you’ll serve as an essential support to the team connecting customers and internal departments. You’ll assist experienced professionals in handling inquiries, managing orders, and maintaining accurate data in SAP. Throughout the internship, you’ll learn how to ensure compliance with company policies, identify process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, all of which will enhance customer satisfaction and streamline service efficiency.

What you should be good at

• Technical Expertise: Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Focus: Strong attention to detail
• Communication: Proficiency in English for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Hands-On Approach: Physical ability to handle tools, machinery, and work in a dynamic environment.
• IT Skills: MS Office, Familiarity with AutoCAD and AI is an advantage.
