Hoerbiger Service Hungaria Kft. plays a vital role in the success of the HOERBIGER Group, covering the South East Europe region. To strengthen our team, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist.

How you will make a difference

•    Manage quotation and sales order processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
•    Oversee purchasing, logistics, and invoicing administration as required.
•    Maintain accurate customer and material master data.
•    Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
•    Handle customer complaints and ensure compliance with company policies.

What you should be good at

•    Technical school background with 5-10 years of customer service experience.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced ERP systems, particularly SAP.
•    Sales or marine business experience is an advantage.
•    Basic knowledge of commercial, legal, and trading rules/laws.
•    Strong communication skills, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
