Internal Sales Engineer

Your Mission

As an Internal Sales Engineer at IEP Technologies (HOERBIGER Safety Division), you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and building strong B2B customer relationships. By working closely with both internal teams and customers, you’ll support the development of compelling proposals, provide technical expertise, and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders to successfully close sales deals. 

How you will make a difference

  • Collaborate with design engineering and external sales teams to craft tailored proposals that address customer needs and ensure technical and financial feasibility.
  • Provide exceptional technical support to the sales team, helping them solve customer enquiries and showcasing our products through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Not only seek out new potential customers, but strengthen relationships with B2B customers by providing top-tier service and identifying new opportunities for system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Support internal processes and business functions by optimising workflows and contributing to the development of sales tools that drive efficiency.
  • Take the lead in digital marketing campaigns
  • Promote IEP’s values by adhering to the highest standards of integrity, safety, and compliance in all interactions and processes. Together, we save lives!

What you should be good at

  • Proven track record in industrial product sales or service roles, with a focus on technical offerings, such as bulk handling or dust control systems.
  • Solid project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives and deliver within deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage customer expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of technical specifications and the ability to resolve customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems such as SAP and CRM tools, along with a readiness to learn new systems and processes
