Join Deublin Company as a Process/Project Engineer specializing in steam and condensate systems for the Paper and Corrugating industry. In this role, you will lead transformative projects that enhance our customers' operational efficiency and sustainability. As a key team member, you’ll drive innovation, optimize processes, and deliver outstanding technical solutions to build lasting customer relationships.
How you will make a difference
• Lead impactful projects: Design and execute steam and condensate projects, including paper mill dryer drainage systems, steam conditioning systems, and ventilation drainage systems, achieving technical and financial goals.
• Collaborate effectively: Partner with customers to develop project scopes, schedules, and objectives, ensuring successful execution and satisfaction.
• Create innovative designs: Develop and review Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, and equipment specifications, leveraging advanced simulation tools for optimized solutions.
• Deliver measurable results: Produce technical reports that demonstrate productivity improvements, energy efficiency gains, and cost savings.
• Drive operational excellence: Oversee on-site installations, commissioning, and operator training while providing robust post-installation support.
• Support growth: Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot systems, grow revenue through system sales, and develop compelling value propositions.
What you should be good at
• A degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or Paper Science, with 5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of paper drying equipment, including controls technology and steam operations.
• Strong project management skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Advanced analytical abilities to tackle complex problems, interpret data, and develop creative solutions.
• Proficiency with simulation tools, control systems logic, and process design software.
• Willingness to work in industrial environments and travel (domestic and international) up to 50%.
• Excellent communication skills to present technical insights to diverse audiences.
