Solution Development Engineer - Emissions

Your Mission

HOERBIGER Service, Inc. (HSI) is looking for a passionate and innovative Solution Development Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge solutions for reducing fugitive emissions in the oil and gas supply chain. You will leverage proprietary technologies and strategic partnerships to deliver impactful, sustainable results for our customers while contributing to global environmental goals.

In this key role, you’ll collaborate across departments, engage with customers and partners, and provide technical expertise to customize and integrate emission capture systems. Your work will directly shape how HOERBIGER pioneers emissions reduction in industrial settings.

How you will make a difference

1.    Solution Design & Development: Partner with sales and engineering teams to understand customer needs, create tailored emission capture solutions, and oversee project execution.
2.    Technical Expertise & Support: Act as a subject-matter expert, offering guidance, training, and troubleshooting support for emission reduction systems. Conduct hands-on support during installations and testing.
3.    Integration & Validation: Collaborate with R&D to seamlessly integrate solutions into existing systems, lead testing processes, and ensure adherence to environmental standards.
4.    Regulatory Compliance & Technology Assessment: Monitor regulatory updates, evaluate emerging technologies, and represent HOERBIGER in regulatory discussions and working groups.
5.    Product Innovation: Work with product development teams to create forward-thinking emission mitigation solutions that align with market needs and compliance standards.

What you should be good at

  1. Engineering Knowledge: Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with emission systems, including design and implementation.
  3. Analytical Skills: Experience with simulation tools and validation processes.
  4. Communication: Ability to present solutions effectively to stakeholders and clients.
  5. Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
