Tax Manager (m/f/d)

Your Mission

As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing tax-related projects, ensuring compliance, and optimizing tax processes across the organization. You will work closely with finance, legal, and business teams to mitigate tax risks and drive strategic improvements.

How you will make a difference

  • Lead and coordinate tax-related projects to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Provide expert advice on tax matters, including Transfer Pricing, VAT, and Corporate Tax.
  • Prepare and maintain Transfer Pricing documentation.
  • Monitor evolving tax legislation and ensure compliance with regulatory updates.
  • Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.
  • Support tax reporting processes and calculate intercompany fees.

What you should be good at

  • Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation, tax advisor certification is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a Big4 firm or multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep knowledge of international tax regulations, OECD guidelines, and IFRS principles.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in English; German is an advantage.
  • Experience with SAP and/or Tagetik is preferred.
