Your Mission

Join our Financial Shared Services Center Team as an AR Analyst to manage credit/billing and debt collection processes for customers of growing manufacturing business.

How you will make a difference

• Manage customer balances/credit limits and identify potential credit risks
• Allocate cash receipts to each individual account daily
• Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies due to various deductions from invoices
• Reconcile cash receipts and deposits
• Run aging reports
• Maintain collection notes and recommend changes in customer credit limit

What you should be good at

• Minimum of 5 years Accounts Receivable experience, manufacturing experience helpful
• Proficient in various ERP accounting systems, SAP experience preferable
• Experience utilizing D&B Business Information Reports to make credit decisions
• MS office including Intermediate skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Aging)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) extremely helpful, manages several customer accounts in LATAM
