Sales Manager Spain & Italy

Your Mission

As Sales Manager for Spain and Italy you will manage experienced Account Managers in both countries, reporting to our European Sales organization, working closely with local business leaders to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions to customers in the oil & gas, petrochemical and compressor industries. You are a commercially driven professional with strong technical knowledge and a passion for customer success.

 

How you will make a difference

  • Lead and develop two high-performing teams: 3 Account Managers in Italy and 2 in Spain
  • Translate HOERBIGER’s sales strategy into regional action plans aligned with local business needs
  • Build and nurture long-term customer partnerships with a focus on reliability, service excellence, and value creation
  • Collaborate with local business leaders to deliver the best customer experience in your territory
  • Drive growth through data-informed decision-making, leveraging CRM tools and market insights
  • Represent the voice of the customer to continuously improve service offerings and commercial strategy

What you should be good at

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial components or services
  • A strong background in the metal industry; exposure to compressors or oil & gas is a plus
  • Proven success in leading international sales teams and achieving commercial goals
  • Expertise in key account management, strategic selling, and contract negotiation
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally at regional and local levels
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; Italian is a strong advantage
  • Availability to travel up to 60% within Iberia and Italy
