Your Mission
As Sales Manager for Spain & Italy, you will lead our regional sales efforts within the Compressor Service Division, driving business growth, empowering your team, and delivering customer-focused solutions. Your leadership will directly shape the customer experience, strengthen our market presence, and align local performance with HOERBIGER’s strategic goals.
How you will make a difference
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team through coaching, training, and clear goal setting.
- Drive revenue and margin growth by transforming transactional sales into long-term, value-based customer partnerships.
- Act as a strategic partner to key customers, ensuring alignment with regional unit (RU) strategies and account objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to support mid- and long-term business planning.
- Champion HOERBIGER’s voice of the customer by gathering feedback, identifying opportunities, and influencing strategy.
What you should be good at
- Strong leadership skills with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry, including upstream/downstream processes and procurement models.
- Technical understanding of reciprocating and rotating machinery, service solutions, and maintenance needs.
- Expertise in B2B strategic sales, key account management, and contract negotiation.
- Competence in leveraging CRM tools and data insights for forecasting and decision-making.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Italian is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel up to 60% across the region.
