Inhouse Consultant / Expert SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

Your Mission

Are you passionate about digitalization in HR and want to advance innovative learning solutions? As Inhouse Consultant / Expert (m/f/d) SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) at HOERBIGER, you are part of an international People & Culture team and responsible for the development of our digital learning offerings – globally, strategically, and with a user-centric approach.

How you will make a difference

Take responsibility: As Product Owner, you steer the development of our globally used LMS and ensure a future-oriented direction.

Optimize systems: You analyze existing processes with a focus on user-friendliness and efficiency. You accompany upgrades as well as technical adjustments in cooperation with our IT.

Pass on knowledge: You train and communicate with end users and regional administrators, helping them to utilize the full potential of the system.

Create learning offers: You independently create and maintain digital content, learning catalogs, and eLearning courses.

Promoting collaboration: In coordination with internal teams and external partners, you ensure a smooth integration into the system environment.

Ensuring quality: You define global standards, conduct system tests, identify sources of errors, and take care of sustainable solutions.

What you should be good at

Technical foundation: A completed degree in (HR, Business Informatics, etc.) or a comparable qualification forms your professional basis.

Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors: You are particularly well versed in the Learning module – ideally also with system configuration. Experience in other modules would be an advantage.

Didactic sensitivity: You have experience in developing eLearning content and know how digital learning works effectively.

Analytical strength: You quickly grasp complex relationships and develop well-thought-out solutions from them.

Team orientation & Internationality: You enjoy working in a team, are open, strong in communication, and your language skills help you (fluent in English and ideally also German).

Showing initiative: You actively shape processes and keep both users and business goals in mind.

What you can look forward to

Living flexibility: Home office options and flexible working hours create space for your personal balance.

Shaping instead of managing: Here you get real creative freedom and the chance to make a difference.

Promoting development: Modern learning formats and individual training opportunities await you.

Attractive conditions: Fair compensation, comprehensive social benefits, and an international network are a given.

Experiencing modern culture: We live openness, flat hierarchies, and collaboration at eye level.
