- Acting as a key and trusted point of contact for P&C topics, ensuring timely and effective support
- Strengthening employee and candidate experience through consistent and high-quality processes
- Ensuring efficient and standardized execution of P&C processes across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting leaders with sound professional judgment in people-related decisions
- Contributing to a strong compliance culture by ensuring adherence to labor laws and corporate guidelines
- Driving continuous improvements in processes and practices aligned with business needs
What you should be good at
To succeed in this role, it is key to:
- Have solid generalist experience across the full P&C cycle (recruitment, performance, payroll, and personnel administration)
- Possess strong knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and benefits
- Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Show excellent communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills
- Maintain a service-oriented mindset with a strong business focus
- Work collaboratively and proactively with a continuous improvement approach
