Your Mission

To support leaders and employees in the day-to-day management of People & Culture across Argentina and Chile, acting as a trusted business partner. The focus is on ensuring the effective execution of P&C processes, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation and corporate guidelines, while fostering a consistent employee experience aligned with HOERBIGER’s values.

How you will make a difference

You will make a difference by providing close, practical, and proactive support to leaders and teams, combining strong operational execution with an analytical and continuous improvement mindset. This includes:

  • Acting as a key and trusted point of contact for P&C topics, ensuring timely and effective support
  • Strengthening employee and candidate experience through consistent and high-quality processes
  • Ensuring efficient and standardized execution of P&C processes across the employee lifecycle
  • Supporting leaders with sound professional judgment in people-related decisions
  • Contributing to a strong compliance culture by ensuring adherence to labor laws and corporate guidelines
  • Driving continuous improvements in processes and practices aligned with business needs

What you should be good at

To succeed in this role, it is key to:

  • Have solid generalist experience across the full P&C cycle (recruitment, performance, payroll, and personnel administration)
  • Possess strong knowledge of labor legislation, payroll, and benefits
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Show excellent communication, confidentiality, and stakeholder management skills
  • Maintain a service-oriented mindset with a strong business focus
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with a continuous improvement approach
