As the Regional Treasury Specialist, you will shape financial strategies that optimize cash flow, manage risks, and support our growth initiatives. Your expertise will empower our teams and streamline critical banking relationships—helping Hoerbiger continue its legacy of excellence and innovation.
How you will make a difference

Optimize Cash Management: Lead robust cash forecasting and liquidity planning for NAM and LATAM, ensuring monthly targets are met while minimizing intercompany financing.

Drive Risk Mitigation: Implement effective FX and interest rate risk management strategies to protect the organization.

Enhance Banking Partnerships: Act as the primary liaison with our banking partners to secure competitive financing and improve banking services.

Support Financing Operations: Oversee local financing initiatives and ensure optimal interest yields, directly impacting operational efficiency.

Streamline Treasury Processes: Facilitate the integration of treasury systems and processes, including post-merger financial consolidation.

Promote Financial Excellence: Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve treasury practices and support strategic business decisions.
What you should be good at
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in treasury or corporate finance within an international setting.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong expertise with treasury management systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
