作为工艺规划工程师，您的工作聚焦产品前期工艺开发，确保公司新产品、新项目的样件及量产件的准时交付，持续优化生产工艺流程、提升效率并降低成本，为组织实现高质量产品交付和持续竞争力提供核心技术支撑。
How you will make a difference工作职责
1.Take over the process feasibility study on the new business (including PFMA, resource development stage process assessment), process planning, testing and validation, building the related process standards, hand over and training to the WPE.
负责新项目的可制造性评估（包含PFMEA、资源开发阶段工艺评估）、工艺规划、工艺测试及过程能力验证，并建立相应工艺标准，完成对工作准备的工艺培训及交接。
2. Responsible for researching and applying new processes and technologies in traditional businesses to reduce product manufacturing costs.
负责新工艺、新技术在传统业务上的研究及应用，降低产品制造成本。
3.Participate in the company's strategic planning and provide decision-making support for the company's development from a process perspective; Suppliers collaborate to jointly develop advanced process technologies.
基于公司战略规划目标，从工艺角度为公司发展提供决策支持；与供应商开展合作，共同开发先进的工艺技术。
4. Lead the resolution of major process issues in production, conduct systematic analysis and improvement of process problems，improve the process ability.
主导解决生产中的重大工艺问题，对工艺问题进行系统性分析和改进，提升产品的工艺制造水平。
5.Assess the process change due to customer’s requirement, design requirement, quality improvement, etc. Provide IE comments and realize process change based on it.
评审相关客户、设计变更、质量改善引起的变更，给出评审意见，并按需进行对应的工艺变更。
What you should be good at资质要求
1.ProE, Auto CAD, Project Management, Good problem analysis and solving skills, cross departmental communication and coordination abilities, innovation ability
ProE、CAD制图、项目管理能力、良好的问题分析与解决能力，跨部门沟通协调能力，创新能力
2.Familiar with the IATF16949, , especially APQP and PFMEA 熟悉 IATF16949质量体系，尤其是APQP和PFMEA
Other standard quality system(e.g. ISO/GB) related to the daily job 其它与工作相关的标准体系(ISO/GB)
3.Fluent English with Spoken and Written 熟练的英语读写能力
4.More than 3 years of experience in machining process planning or design, with priority given to experience in introducing new products;
3年以上机加工工艺规划或工艺设计经验，具备新产品导入经验优先；

How you will make a difference工作职责

What you should be good at资质要求
