Your Mission

Ensure the efficient execution of the commercial process, from receiving the customer’s requirements to final invoicing, delivering agile, accurate, and customer-oriented service. This includes developing competitive quotations, coordinating with different internal teams, and following up on orders to support the achievement of sales targets and strengthen customer relationships.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will make a difference by providing responsive and professional support to customers, ensuring reliable and well-organized management of quotations, orders, and invoicing.
Through your analytical skills and close collaboration with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other teams, you will help identify the best alternatives in terms of price, delivery time, and technical solutions, creating value for customers and supporting business growth

What You Need to Be Good At

  • Efficiently managing the quotation, order, and invoicing process.

  • Analyzing technical and commercial requirements to develop competitive proposals.

  • Coordinating with different internal teams to ensure timely responses and deliveries aligned with customer needs.

  • Monitoring quotations and orders to identify business opportunities.

  • Using management tools and customer portals with accuracy and organization.

  • Building trustworthy relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
