Graduate Regional Sales Engineer

Your Mission

  • Turn inbound enquiries into sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and identifying the right technical solutions.
  • Build technical expertise in hazardous area applications, product compliance and industry standards to become a trusted customer advisor.
  • Support customers through demonstrations, quotations and sales discussions, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Work closely with experienced Sales Engineers and cross-functional teams to help achieve UK sales growth targets.
  • Develop your career through structured training, with opportunities to expand your responsibilities into international markets as your experience grows.

How you will make a difference

•    Help customers solve real-world challenges by identifying the right technical solutions for their applications. 
•    Be the first point of contact for new enquiries, creating a positive and professional customer experience from day one. 
•    Drive business growth by converting opportunities into sales and contributing to UK revenue targets.
•    Build trust with customers through technical expertise, product knowledge and a standards-led approach.
•    Strengthen collaboration across Sales, Engineering and Operations, ensuring customers receive timely and effective support.

•    Building strong customer relationships through confident communication and a customer-first approach.
•    Learning and applying technical product knowledge, industry standards and hazardous area principles.
•    Identifying customer needs and matching them with the most appropriate solutions.
•    Staying organised, managing multiple opportunities and following up to keep sales moving forward.
•    Working collaboratively with colleagues across Sales, Engineering and Operations to deliver excellent customer outcomes
