Your Mission
How you will make a difference
- Act as the primary finance business partner to the Managing Director and local leadership across the UK, Norway, and Sweden, which each entity between 12 to 16 employees, translating financial data into actionable insights.
- Deliver timely and accurate management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for all assigned legal entities in line with Group standards.
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, tax, audit, and statutory requirements across the UK, Norwegian, and Swedish entities.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes, internal controls, and cost management across the organisation.
- Lead and develop the local finance team, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
What you should be good at
- Finance business partnering in an international, multi-entity environment, with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling across different legal and regulatory frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, with hands-on experience using SAP, Tagetik, or comparable ERP systems.
- Analytical strength to convert complex financial information into clear recommendations for decision-making.
- People leadership and communication skills that enable effective team development and cross-country collaboration.
