Your Mission
The Customer Service Specialist plays a critical role as the primary contact window for customer inquiries, order processing, repair-case coordination, logistics handling, and administrative support. This position works closely with sales, supply chain, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of quotations, orders, procurement activities, and service workflow updates, while delivering excellent customer experience.

What you should be good at
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or relevant administrative roles.
- Experience with SAP, SNext, or ERP systems highly preferred.
- Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good command of English (reading/writing).
- Strong communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Customer-focus mindset
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Data accuracy and process discipline
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Problem-solving and follow-through capability
- Team collaboration and willingness to support broader office operations
