Your Mission

As a People and Culture Generalist, you play a vital role in shaping a positive, compliant, and high‑engagement work environment at our Delray Beach manufacturing site. You will be a trusted partner for employees and leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring to development and beyond. With a strong service mindset and hands‑on approach, you help translate People and Culture strategies into daily practice that supports business performance and employee success. Your work directly contributes to a stable, future‑focused organization where people can thrive.

How you will make a difference

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding activities including job descriptions, interviews, background checks, orientation, uniforms, and local career fairs
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace by addressing employee concerns, coaching leaders, conducting investigations, and managing disciplinary and exit processes
  • Training & Development: Track, document, and support training programs while helping identify development needs and delivering training initiatives
  • Benefits & Payroll Support: Partner with Payroll and Benefits teams to resolve issues, support open enrollment, manage leave processes, and coordinate wellness initiatives
  • Compliance & Administration: Maintain HRIS records, support audits, respond to unemployment claims, and manage badge and security processes
  • Plant Presence & Engagement: Serve as an employee advocate through regular on‑site interaction across multiple shifts, including early morning and night meetings as needed

What you should be good at

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 3–5 years of hands‑on HR Generalist experience
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, required
  • HR Expertise: Solid working knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, training, benefits administration, and HR compliance
  • Manufacturing Environment: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, strongly preferred
  • Systems & Tools: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS or HRMS systems such as ADP, ERP systems such as SAP, and applicant tracking systems
  • People & Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, mediation, organizational, and analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
