Your Mission

To design and deliver reliable, standards-compliant valve solutions for screw compressors by applying strong engineering fundamentals, collaborating with global teams, and supporting customers through innovative, efficient, and robust designs.

How you will make a difference

• Enable high-performance screw compressor systems through optimized valve design and application engineering

  ·  Support OEMs and internal teams by translating customer and process requirements into effective engineering solutions

  ·  Improve product reliability and customer satisfaction through site troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and design improvements

  ·  Contribute to timely project execution by working closely with global engineering and manufacturing teams

  ·  Ensure quality, compliance, and consistency by adhering to IMS processes and international standards

What you should be good at

·  Designing and applying valves for oil-injected, oil-free, water-injected, and gas screw compressors

·  Material selection, sealing technology, and compatibility with process gases and operating conditions

·  Using Autodesk Inventor and Vault for solid modeling and data management

·  Interpreting international standards such as PED and ASME

·  Collaborating effectively with OEMs, global teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

·  Managing BOMs, materials, and engineering data within SAP/ERP systems

·  Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and on-site troubleshooting
