You take ownership of the end‑to‑end procurement cycle and balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities. By securing cost‑effective, on‑time supply, you actively contribute to business performance and long‑term competitiveness. Your work strengthens reliable partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders alike.

How you will make a difference

  • Own procurement cycles from purchase requisition to delivery, GRN, and invoice closure
  • Ensure material availability aligned with project and customer timelines
  • Expedite critical orders proactively to prevent delays and disruptions
  • Drive cost competitiveness through negotiations, benchmarking, and sourcing strategies
  • Manage supplier performance with focus on on‑time delivery and quality
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, warehouse, customer service, and finance

What you should be good at

  • Technical understanding of industrial or mechanical components
  • Procurement expertise with hands‑on experience in operational purchasing
  • Negotiation skills combined with analytical and commercial thinking
  • ERP proficiency ideally with SAP and strong Excel capabilities
  • Stakeholder management across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Structured working style with attention to compliance and documentation
