- Conduct REE audits at key oil and gas customers, identifying quantified improvement opportunities
- Translate operational data and end‑user KPIs into clear technical and economic value cases
- Bridge technology and business by supporting value‑based solution proposals and revamp concepts
- Strengthen solution sales through high‑quality audit outputs and technical justification
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Product Management, Sales, and Field Service teams
- Continuously improve REE tools and processes to accelerate impact and audit effectiveness
What you should be good at
- Compressor expertise with strong knowledge of reciprocating compressors and surrounding systems
- Industry understanding of refining, petrochemical, process, or natural gas applications
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret operational data and identify improvement levers
- Clear communication to explain complex technical findings in a pragmatic and customer‑focused way
- Structured reporting and presentation with confidence in customer‑facing environments
- International mobility with willingness to travel up to 30%
