Your Mission

HOERBIGER is a global leader in compression technology, committed to enhancing the reliability and efficiency of industrial equipment. Our Customer Service Department plays a key role in ensuring high-quality support for our clients. To further strengthen our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. 

How you will make a difference

  • Manage customer quotations, sales and service orders, including sourcing and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain accurate customer, vendor, and material master data in ERP systems.
  • Act as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support complaint handling in collaboration with local QSHE and technical teams.
  • Track project and repair status, ensuring timely updates and delivery alignment.

What you should be good at

  • Relevant commercial or customer service education at post-secondary level.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service roles within technical or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good understanding of commercial, legal, and trading regulations.
  • Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset.
