This role ensures efficient planning, execution, and completion of service operations while maintaining safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a motivated external candidate with fresh perspective, strong service coordination experience, and the ability to manage a technician workforce effectively.

How you will make a difference

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate field service activities
  • Serve as liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams
  • Prepare service jobs ensuring scope, tools, and materials are ready
  • Support cost control, margins, and quotation follow-up
  • Manage service orders and documentation in ERP systems
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards

What you should be good at

  • 3+ years in service coordination or managing service crews
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Financial acumen (cost, margin, profitability)
  • ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency
