Your Mission

Are you ready to lead the charge in reducing emissions and making a positive impact on the environment? HOERBIGER is looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Business Development Manager to join our team in Houston. We provide comprehensive solutions to reduce emissions and optimize the oil and gas supply chain through our proprietary technology and network of strategic partner products. In this role, you'll identify new business opportunities, foster relationships, and drive growth in the emissions reduction, wellhead gas compression, and multiphase pumping markets while maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.


Please note that this position is located in Houston.  Applicants should either reside in Houston area or be willing to relocate to Houston.
 

How you will make a difference

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the emissions sector to expand market presence.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry partners, and government agencies.
  • Develop and execute regional strategies for emissions, vapor and gas compression, and multiphase pumping in alignment with global goals.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and partners on emissions, compression, and pumping solutions and strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the emissions reduction, compression, and pumping solutions market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and reports to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
     

What you should be good at

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development/direct advanced technical sales in the USA emissions, compression, and/or multiphase pumping market.
  • Proven experience in the oil and gas (O&G) industry, specifically in upstream production market and facility optimization, processing plants, quality systems, and rotating equipment services.
  • Strong understanding of emissions regulations, technologies, and market dynamics required. Experience with emission control technologies and solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, Mechanical, Petroleum, or Industrial Engineering. Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Frequent travel in the USA to both O&G operators’ headquarters and operating fields, initially 2-3 weeks per month.  Occasional short-notice air travel to end users for product support.
