- Ensure manufacturing readiness through close collaboration with Design Engineering, Tool Engineering, and CAM Programming teams.
- Improve productivity by conducting time studies and validating process standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce costs, and improve process stability.
- Optimize machining, assembly, setup, and clamping processes to support operational excellence.Contribute to new product development by defining manufacturing methods at an early stage.
- Help maintain accurate product costing and standard COGS through reliable routing and process data.
- Support Lean Manufacturing practices and value-stream improvements across the plant.
