Customer Service Representative - Liberal, KS

Your Mission

Step into a high-impact role at HOERBIGER’s Liberal Service Center—where fast problem-solving, teamwork, and customer connection come together. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to person helping customers get exactly what they need, when they need it. You’ll manage orders, support quotations, keep materials moving, and work closely with operations and supply chain to deliver quick, accurate service every time.

How you will make a difference

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales.
  • Enter orders, prepare quotes, and manage transactions in our ERP system with accuracy and speed.
  • Coordinate local purchases, invoices, receiving, and inventory tasks.
  • Track open orders daily and ensure on-time delivery through close alignment with supply chain.
  • Help influence stocking decisions based on customer demand and market trends.
  • Maintain clean, accurate data and follow standard processes to keep our operation running smoothly.
  • Monitor key KPIs (OTD, OCR, overdues) and support alignment with the KAM team.
  • Work overtime when needed to support urgent customer needs. 

What you should be good at

  • 1–3 years of customer service, order entry, or supply chain support (industrial/manufacturing experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma required; degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to work overtime as needed.
