Your Mission
How you will make a difference
- Plan and coordinate field service interventions, including schedules, workforce, equipment, tools, materials, and spare parts.
- Support field service supervisors and technicians through effective back-office coordination and occasional on-site assistance.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout service execution.
- Monitor progress, communicate status and risks, and develop contingency plans that help minimize delays and customer downtime.
- Promote a strong safety and quality culture by supporting audits, safety briefings, and compliance with applicable ISO, SCC and ATEX requirements.
What you should be good at
- You have technical education or training in mechanical engineering, industrial methods, maintenance management, field service, or a comparable discipline.
- You bring at least three years of relevant experience in field service coordination, project planning, maintenance, or a similar operational role.
- You are confident managing several priorities and making sound decisions when schedules, resources, or customer requirements change.
- You can prepare technical documentation and work effectively with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- You communicate clearly in Swedish and English with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
