Your Mission

Join Deublin Company as a Manufacturing Engineer and contribute to groundbreaking innovations in our R&D team at the Waukegan manufacturing facility. In this role, you will drive the development of cutting-edge products and technologies while enhancing existing solutions. Your contributions will directly shape the future of our manufacturing capabilities and product quality.

How you will make a difference

•    Plan and design experiments to address specific project goals and challenges.
•    Perform rigorous testing and trials in the laboratory, adhering to established protocols and best practices.
•    Accurately document and analyze experimental data to generate actionable insights.
•    Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure project alignment.

What you should be good at

•    Strong technical communication skills, including the ability to create detailed reports and effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
•    Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as statistical analysis, geometry, trigonometry, and practical applications of ratios and percentages.
•    Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical instructions and translate them into actionable steps.
•    Hands-on experience with designing and building laboratory test equipment and instrumentation.
•    Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and electrical motor controls.
•    Adaptability to dynamic project priorities and fast-paced timelines.
•    A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with a minimum of three years of relevant experience is preferred.
