Your Mission
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your expertise and commitment will help strengthen relationships, support sales efforts, and uphold our reputation for excellence in explosion protection and static control solutions.
How you will make a difference
- Be the first point of contact – Provide professional and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, chat.
- Support the sales and technical teams – Assist with order processing, quotations, and product-related questions to facilitate seamless transactions.
- Master our products and systems – Develop a deep understanding of explosion suppression, hazardous area equipment, and our brands to provide knowledgeable support.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency – Manage customer orders, documentation, and SAP system updates with precision and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively – Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve issues, provide updates, and ensure clarity in all interactions
- Drive continuous improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance processes, improve response times, and elevate the overall customer experience
What you should be good at
- Customer Service Excellence – Ability to provide professional, friendly, and solution-oriented support.
- Technical Aptitude – Understanding of explosion protection, hazardous area equipment, or the willingness to learn.
- Strong Communication Skills – Clear, concise, and effective verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams.
- Detail-Oriented & Organized – Ability to manage multiple tasks, process orders accurately, and maintain thorough documentation.
- Tech-Savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Self-Motivated & Analytical – A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and continuously improve processes
