Your Mission

To ensure a seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace environment by driving high-quality administrative operations, employee support services, and management coordination. You will be the backbone of corporate office functioning—enhancing organizational productivity, strengthening employee experience, and enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

  • Ensure compliance and reliability: Your expertise in travel governance, confidential document management, and policy adherence will help the organization operate smoothly and responsibly.

  • Drive impactful events and initiatives: By planning and executing corporate events, wellness activities, and CSR programs, you will contribute to employee engagement and employer branding.

What you should be good at

 

  • Managing office operations efficiently and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of facilities, housekeeping, and administrative services.

  • Coordinating travel and visa processes with accuracy, timeliness, and strong attention to compliance and documentation.

  • Building relationships and communicating effectively across levels—employees, leadership, vendors, embassies, and external agencies.

  • Handling confidential information discreetly and managing sensitive documents with integrity.

  • Planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests.

  • Creating clear reports, MIS dashboards, and presentations using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Problem-solving with a proactive approach, anticipating needs, and addressing issues before they escalate.

  • Managing events and engagement activities creatively, ensuring smooth execution and high participation.

  • Driving coordination across departments and supporting leadership with follow-ups, documentation, and administrative tasks.

  • 8-10 year of experience
