Your Mission
As a Material Handler/Recycling & Waste Operations (1st Shift) you ensure that equipment, waste streams, and facility areas are maintained to high standards so our teams can focus on producing high‑precision parts using CNC technology.
In this hands-on role, you drive a forklift throughout the shop floor to collect, transport, and prepare metal shavings and waste streams for recycling or regulated disposal. This position requires physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying potentially heavy objects. Through your attention to detail and commitment to safety, you help maintain a clean, compliant, and well-organized production environment.
