Are you a skilled CNC Machinist who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and quality?
Join HOERBIGER Service Inc., a global leader in compressor technology, and help power the industries that keep the world moving.  With us, you’re a key contributor to producing and repairing mission‑critical components used across energy, petrochemical, industrial gas, and refinery sectors. You’ll work in a clean, organized, team‑oriented environment with modern equipment and endless opportunities to grow.

As a Certified CNC Machinist, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology to manufacture and repair reciprocating compressor components, playing a key role in our mission to deliver top-quality service to our customers. While CNC expertise is essential, experience in manual machining is a plus, allowing for greater versatility in handling specialized parts.

How you will make a difference

  • Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to machine complex parts
  • Perform high‑accuracy inspections using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and other precision tools
  • Optimize machining processes by identifying improvements in tooling, setups, fixtures, and workflows
  • Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Quality teams to ensure efficiency, safety, and top‑tier output
  • Work with G‑Zero and/or Fusion programs (editing experience is a plus)
  • Perform your own setups and troubleshoot machine or program issues independently

What you should be good at

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC machines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to set up and indicate jaws, select cutting tools, adjust offsets, and solve machining challenges
  • Strong math and measurement skills
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and engineering documents
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Certified CNC Machinist (preferred)
  • Experience with reciprocating compressor parts or the oil & gas industry (a plus)

What you can look forward to

At HOERBIGER, you’ll be part of a dynamic, team-oriented environment with plenty of room to grow. We offer a comprehensive, competitive benefits package, including:

  • Medical, Dental & Vision coverage
