Your Mission

To deliver high‑quality valve design solutions by translating customer requirements into technically sound and reliable engineering outputs. You will ensure accuracy in design, documentation, and SAP data management while supporting global engineering and sales teams to strengthen product performance and customer satisfaction.

How you will make a difference

• By creating precise and application‑appropriate valve designs using HOERBIGER proprietary tools, ensuring technical robustness and customer alignment.
• By maintaining accurate documentation and SAP records, supporting seamless workflow processing and product lifecycle data management.
• By providing timely technical support to Sales, Operations, and global engineering teams, contributing to efficient inquiry handling and order execution.
• By collaborating effectively with APC, HW, and HCA engineering teams to ensure product standardization, improvement, and issue resolution.
• By ensuring IMS and ISO documentation compliance, enabling a strong, audit‑ready engineering function.

What you should be good at

• Strong technical understanding of reciprocating compressors and related industrial processes (refinery, oil & gas).
• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, Vault, and interpretation of engineering drawings and part lists.
• Working knowledge of SAP, ERP systems, and HOERBIGER design tools (KTCAD/ITKK, ESM, Standards Master, KTGopher).
• Ability to analyze customer requirements, prepare accurate design proposals, and perform validation checks.
• Good communication skills for effective coordination with internal and global stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and ability to maintain engineering databases.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Awareness of IMS/ISO standards and engineering documentation practices.
