Your Mission

As a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, the objective of the job is to design and deliver automation solutions that simplify complex business processes and enhance operational efficiency. You will transform how work gets done by integrating intelligent automation, data, and machine learning into scalable systems. Beyond coding, you’ll mentor teams, set technical standards, and drive innovation that supports continuous digital transformation across the organization. 

How you will make a difference

We are looking for an RPA developer with professional experience of four to seven years with a minimum of 3 years in RPA development.The role tasks involve:

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of RPA projects using UiPath and ABBYY.
• Conduct design and code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Develop and enhance automation workflows using Python for data processing and machine learning (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib).
• Integrate machine learning models for predictive, classification, and anomaly detection tasks within automation processes.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance with enterprise automation standards.
• Monitor production automations, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize process performance.

What you should be good at

• Advanced proficiency with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Apps) and ABBYY; UiPath certification required.
• Strong background in RPA best practices, including exception handling, testing, and deployment frameworks.
• Good knowledge of .NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript to build robust automation solutions.
• Experience in machine learning workflow creation and integration (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, seaborn, matplotlib).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
