R&D Engineer

Your Mission

As a Research and Development Engineer, you actively shape the next generation of innovative products and technologies. You contribute your engineering expertise to turn ideas into reliable, high‑quality solutions that meet real customer needs. Working closely with experienced engineers and cross‑functional teams, you strengthen Deublin’s innovation capabilities and build a strong foundation for your own professional growth.

How you will make a difference

  • Product Development: Support the design, testing, and improvement of new and existing products across the portfolio.
  • Engineering Analysis: Apply fundamental engineering principles to evaluate concepts, materials, and technologies.
  • Testing & Validation: Set up and execute experimental tests, operate test equipment, and collect structured data.
  • Data Interpretation: Analyze test and simulation results and prepare technical summaries that support sound engineering decisions.
  • Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain test reports, design files, and engineering change documentation.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Management to resolve technical challenges.

What you should be good at

  • Engineering Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • R&D Mindset: Initial experience in product development or research and development is an advantage.
  • Technical Curiosity: Strong interest in learning, experimentation, and continuous technical improvement.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and support problem‑solving in engineering environments.
  • Collaboration Skills: Clear communication and a team‑oriented approach in multidisciplinary settings.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Tribology, mechanical seals, or prototyping and 3D printing experience is a plus.

Compensation

This is a salaried exempt position with a pay range from $68,566 - $102,848 per year. Pay will be based on qualifications and experience.
