  • Global responsibility: You manage and grow key accounts across truck air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and hydraulic pump components — always building partnerships based on trust and collaboration.
  • New business & potential: Spotting opportunities comes naturally to you. You win new customers and lead technical projects from idea to reality.
  • Sales with impact: From the first conversation to closing contracts, you own the customer journey and actively shape revenue growth.
  • International project leadership: Leading cross-country teams, you ensure smooth collaboration between Germany, Poland, China, and India.
  • Long-term customer strategies: Your insights shape strategic business growth, making sure our solutions succeed sustainably.
  • Tailored solutions: Together with application engineering, you craft customized technical answers that meet market needs perfectly.

What You Bring

  • Strong foundation: You hold a degree in engineering or industrial engineering.
  • Key account experience: You have a proven track record in key account management or technical sales, ideally in automotive or industrial sectors.
  • Tech-savvy & solution-focused: You’re comfortable working with drawings, production processes, and complex products.
  • International mindset: Fluent in German and English, you’re ready to travel internationally to support customers wherever they are.
  • Excellent communicator & negotiator: You inspire confidence, build trust, and close deals with ease.
  • Strategic & structured thinker: You take initiative, think ahead, and analyze complex challenges with ease.
