How you will make a difference
- Conducting Audits: You love to dive into interviews and on-site visits to get a clear picture of what’s happening. You gather solid audit evidence to check compliance and spot any issues. You also make sure internal policies, legal requirements, and standards are being followed.
- Analysis and Evaluation: You identify risks, uncover weak spots, and highlight where controls might be missing. You assess how well internal control systems and risk management are working. You also carry out audits focused on compliance.
- Reporting: You create clear, actionable audit reports with practical recommendations. You present your findings to leadership and document corrective actions so that issues are addressed properly.
- Follow-up and Action Tracking: You keep an eye on how corrective measures are being implemented. You evaluate whether improvements are making a real difference. You enjoy to support teams in refining processes and strengthening control systems.
- Advisory Role: You’re a trusted partner during times of change. You help departments improve workflows and contribute to stronger corporate governance.
Collaboration and Communication: You work closely with Compliance, People & Culture, and Executive Management. You take part in management and strategic discussions, making sure your insights help shape decisions. - Confidentiality and Integrity: You uphold the highest ethical standards and codes of conduct. You ensure your audit work stays objective, independent, and free from conflicts of interest.
What you should be good at
