Service Manager - Brisbane Branch

Your Mission

Leading field service and workshop operations including job scheduling and resource allocation.

Managing a small team of mechanical engineering tradespersons to meet customer expectations.

Working closely with HOERBIGER sales and service personnel.

Maintaining and promoting relationships with customers providing proactive communication and effective issue resolution.

Identifying and implementing practical improvements to systems, workflow and service delivery consistency.

How you will make a difference

  • Solid Background in mechanical service operations

  • Proven leadership experience in a field-based technical service environment – compression technology is preferred , but strong adjacent backgrounds may suit

  • Strong safety leadership and understanding of quality, safety and environmental systems and principals

  • Proficient with service management/ERP and scheduling tools.

What you should be good at

  • Relevant formal education and training (Trade Qualifications in Fitting and Machining or Equivalent)

  • Experience in working with customers in Oil and Gas or related industries (an advantage) 

  • Excellent communication & organisational skills

  • A current Drivers License and Passport
