Your mission is to support efficient production by performing preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and safety.

  • Keep production running smoothly by minimizing equipment breakdowns
  • Drive maintenance efficiency while controlling maintenance costs
  • Enhance equipment reliability and extend machine lifespan through proactive maintenance practices

What you should be good at

You should be good at:

  • Compressor valve and packing case servicing
  • Technical drawing interpretation
  • Operation of machining and workshop equipment
  • Dimensional inspection and service documentation
  • Valve assembly and leak testing
  • Product and machine technology knowledge
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Lean maintenance practices
  • Mandatory: Proficiency in the local language to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.

  • Drive preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and performance
  • Support machine upgrades, refurbishment projects, and equipment replacement initiatives
  • Manage spare parts availability and maintenance readiness
  • Contribute to maintenance strategies and continuous improvement programs
  • Participate in equipment investment, installation, and commissioning activities
  • Help optimize maintenance costs while improving operational efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance equipment performance and support business growth
