在华东区域执行并管理销售计划，以实现公司盈利目标。
How you will make a difference
1. 负责在中国东部市场建立强大的市场网络。
2. 为目标市场制定业务增长策略与计划。
3. 提供技术和销售服务，以满足客户需求。
4. 维护并发展客户关系。
5. 领导销售团队。
6. 与技术支援团队协作，为关键客户定义并实施方案。
7. 审查、更新和确认业务预测。
8. 负责销售预算控制。
9. 负责业务报告以及销售总监分配的其他项目
What you should be good at
1. 机械工程或相关专业学士学位。
2. 5年以上机械或液压领域（专注于机床、通用工业、风电及钢铁等行业）的实操销售经验。
3. 具备客户至上的态度，拥有出色的沟通与协调能力。
4. 积极主动，具有团队合作精神。
5. 良好的英语掌握能力。
6. 熟练使用MS Office办公软件及数据库。
7. 需要频繁的国内出差。
