Your Mission
To lead and optimize service operations across the APAC region, ensuring excellence in execution, efficiency, and compliance—while living our YELLOW mindset.
You will play a key role in translating global strategy into regional impact, driving operational performance and enabling sustainable business growth across diverse markets.
You will strategically plan, oversee and ensure daily operations in all service workshop locations by coordinating topics related to resource management, cost control, QSHE, SCM, Lean Principles and operational KPIs.
How you will make a difference
- You will drive operational excellence across multiple service workshop locations in APAC
- You will translate global strategies into local execution, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and process engineering tools
- You will optimize and excutive global strategy and supports regional supply chain and regional inventory management to improve performance and cost efficiency
- You will ensure QSHE compliance and strengthen service standards across the region
- You will empower local teams, building capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- You will lead the development of idea branch concepts
What you should be good at
- Strong leadership experience in operations or service environment
- Proven track record in multi-country / regional operations management
- Solid understanding of Lean, Process Optimization and Supply Chain Management
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience working in a matrix and multicultural organization
- Willingness to travel and work across APAC
