As a member of the global Learning & Development team you will contribute to shaping the future of international personnel and leadership development at the HOERBIGER group. Your tasks go hand in hand with a company-wide transformation that our team supports and drives with different initiatives and projects.
How you will make a difference
- Enable people development: Deliver established and tried content but also develop and implement new innovative learning formats where needed.
- Shape company culture: Ensure a common understanding of leadership across the group by developing and implementing leadership development programs and tools to enable our strategy.
- Manage projects: Steer and contribute to global, cross functional projects, such as development programs for executives, high potentials and cultural transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate internationally: Facilitate global information flow on learning and development topics. Go-to person for managers, employees and People & Culture for all questions relating to personnel development.
What you should be good at
- Academic and professional background: After completing your studies (bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences or a related field you gained at least three years of experience in learning & development or training, including project- and change management.
- Teamwork & ownership: You exhibit strong teamworking skills and can also own complex assignments, where you excel at bringing in structure and focus.
- Structured & hands-on working style: You bring a dependable, organized, and structured approach to your work. You have successfully managed international projects and combine this experience with a hands on mentality and a creative, solution oriented mindset.
- Communication & stakeholder engagement: You are an excellent communicator who enjoys acting as an internal facilitator. You work effectively with stakeholders across countries, functions, and hierarchical levels.
- Language & digital skills: You are a native or fluent English speaker, willing to travel and experienced with MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
