Your Mission

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to take ownership of the North‑West Italy territory and drive the growth of our rotary unions, slip rings and customized technical solutions across a wide range of industrial applications.
In this role, you will act as a trusted technical partner to customers—combining engineering know‑how with consultative sales to deliver high‑value solutions

How you will make a difference

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for the North‑West Italy region, driving sustainable growth.
  • Manage and expand a long‑term customer portfolio while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Deliver consultative selling by presenting technical products, analyzing customer needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, including offer preparation, negotiations, and closing, supported by accurate CRM reporting.
  • Represent the company in the market, collaborating cross‑functionally and monitoring industry trends and competitors.
