Your Mission
As a Warehouse & Logistics Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring materials and inventory flow efficiently throughout our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing goods receipt and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory control, and coordinating import activities, local logistics, and delivery planning. In addition to core warehouse responsibilities, you will support and back up supply chain functions by coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted operations.
How you will make a difference
- Maintain ≥98% inventory accuracy through proper stock control and cycle counting.
- Ensure materials and spare parts are available on time to support workshop and field service operations.
- Record and monitor all stock movements accurately in SAP or ERP systems.
- Receive and inspect incoming goods, reporting discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Maintain warehouse organization following 5S standards to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Support supply chain activities including supplier coordination, material follow-up, and internal planning support when required.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and internal operational procedures.
What you should be good at
- Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of stock control principles (FIFO, traceability, documentation).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support internal operational needs.
- Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership and support additional responsibilities when needed.
- Proficiency in the local language is essential, as both the workers and customers communicate exclusively in Thai.
