Manufacturing - ERP Specialist and Expediter

Your Mission

At Deublin Company, we are looking for an ERP Specialist to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the part, routing and product structure data within our ERP system. The position also supports top priority orders for key customers to ensure we meet our commitments. If you are a manufacturing ERP data guru with experience in order expediting, we want to hear from you!  Local candidates are encouraged to apply. This is a  SUPPLY CHAIN role, not an IT position.

How you will make a difference

  1. Data Accuracy and Integrity: Enter, verify and audit information related to parts, routing and product structures in the ERP system as part of load balancing and new product launches. Collaborate with other departments to ensure data is current.  Manage internal rapid prototype process.
  2. Expediting and Order Management: Monitor and expedite top-priority urgent orders to proactively identify potential delays, take action and ensure timely delivery.  Communicate order status to relevant stakeholders ensuring alignment.
  3. Process Improvement: Participate in developing and implementation of SOPs for ERP data entry and expediting tasks. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance data management practices and order expediting processes.  Participate in cross-functional meetings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
     

What you should be good at

  • Manufacturing Expertise: Minimum two years’ experience in ERP data entry, order expediting or related roles in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Computer Proficiency:  Experience utilizing ERP systems in a production/manufacturing environment (IFS, SAP, Oracle or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field preferred.
  • Communication/Organizational Skills: Ability work effectively across departments to communicate and collaborate
