Your Mission
As an Inside Sales Representative on the Customer Experience Team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a responsive, consultative, and solutions-focused sales experience. You’ll ensure that every customer interaction — from first inquiry to post-sales follow-up — feels smooth, personal, and aligned with our values of Respect, Team Spirit, and Ownership.

How you will make a difference
- Serve as a front-line resource for prospective and existing customers, guiding them through the early stages of the sales journey.
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email with accuracy, empathy, and urgency.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations in collaboration with Sales Engineers and Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer needs are fully met.
- Assist in qualifying leads and understanding customer goals to ensure the right-fit solution is offered.
- Log all activities and customer interactions in CRM to ensure visibility and alignment across the business.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner closely with the North American Sales Manager and the Customer Experience Manager to identify opportunities for enhanced service and support.
- Maintain product and application knowledge to build credibility and trust with customers.

- Technical Prowess – Engineering, mechanical or electrical background preferred. Ability to understand how components integrate into larger systems is expected. Willingness to learn engineering related topics that may not already be mastered is required.
- Software, Systems & Tools Proficiency – Moderate to advanced expertise with Microsoft Office is expected; experience using IFS, IFS CRM, or any other CRM platforms is a massive plus.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year College or university in Business, Engineering, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Experience – 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Technical Support is preferred. Experience in a B2B or manufacturing setting is preferred.

- Location: This role will work from the Deublin Company global headquarters in Waukegan, IL. The role will be on site, with the opportunity to expand to 3 days onsite / 2 days work from home, based on performance, and following a 90-day introductory period.
