Your Mission

The mission of the Marketing Communications Manager is to strengthen Deublin’s global brand presence by developing and executing effective communication strategies. This role ensures consistent, high‑quality messaging across digital channels, product launches, trade shows, and internal communications—supporting business growth and aligning all marketing activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

How you will make a difference

  • Strengthens Deublin’s brand worldwide by ensuring consistent, high‑quality messaging across digital channels, product launches, trade shows, and all customer‑facing materials.
  • Drives demand and market visibility through targeted marketing plans, optimized website content, and effective social media and online campaigns.
  • Improves the success of new product launches by shaping clear messaging, coordinating communication channels, and supporting market introduction activities.
  • Enhances internal alignment and engagement by managing internal communications that keep teams informed, connected, and aligned with business priorities.
  • Builds stronger cross‑functional collaboration by partnering closely with Market Management, Engineering, Sales, and external partners to deliver cohesive, impactful marketing initiatives.

What you should be good at

  • Building strong, consistent brand messaging across all channels—digital, product launches, trade shows, and internal communications.
  • Driving effective digital marketing, including website management, social media strategy, and online campaign execution.
  • Translating technical product information into clear, compelling marketing content that resonates with industrial audiences.
  • Managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, from annual planning to content development and event support.
  • Collaborating seamlessly across functions and with external partners to deliver cohesive, high‑quality marketing and communication initiatives.
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in Business, Market, Communications, or a related field.
  • Having minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in marketing or marketing communications.
